The inaugural Sam Dale Trophy, in memory of young Sam (see his story on our Memory Wall), took place on 3 separate golf courses last weekend. The Trophy, which was won by Andy Stone, was hotly contested at the Pannall, Harrogate and Oakdale courses. 12 friends make an annual trip, including Ian, Sam’s Dad, and they have decided that the time is right to play in Sam’s memory each year and to raise invaluable funds for Headcase.

Ian (2nd from left above) said ‘everyone has been unbelievably generous and I can’t thank them enough’.
