Global PR and Marketing agency TEAM Lewis takes an innovative approach to both its own social impact and its employees’ personal causes. Everyone is give a £1000 ‘budget’ to donate to their own personal cause and the company pays a matching bonus on top of that to ‘encourage the process’. Brilliant!
The wonderful Claudia Minchella has used her entire budget donating £1000 to Headcase and that’s been matched by the equally wonderful TEAM Lewis, so £2000 has been donated in total.
